Nithya Angadi is a writer from Northern Virginia with a love for richly built stories woven with layered themes, commentary, whimsical dreams, and characters that drive it all forward. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with dual degrees in Psychology and Forensic Science. When she’s not writing, she’s usually studying for something, watching K-dramas or anime, spiraling down internet rabbit holes about something random, or playing games like an iPad kid.

Nithya Angadi is a writer from Northern Virginia with a love for richly built stories woven with layered themes, commentary, whimsical dreams, and characters that drive it all forward. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with dual degrees in Psychology and Forensic Science. Just as she explores identity, human experience, and the systems that shape people’s lives in her fantasy and science fiction writing, she hopes to explore them as a future physician as well.

 

Born in Washington state and raised in Virginia, Nithya began creating stories as a child, stapling together pages filled with dramatic plots and questionable illustrations. Since then, storytelling has remained a constant in her life—though thankfully, the questionable illustrations did not continue alongside the writing.
