It is the year 3000, the beginning of the Third Era.
The moon, satellite of Earth, has been colonized. Mars, farther away, has been too.
A new deadly disease, bioengineered by humans, has been infecting Earth. No one knows who is responsible for this.
Teresa (Tessa) an ordinary girl, who lives on Earth, and her best friend Athena, find out that whatever they thought about themselves wasn't true.
Their parents had told them lies.

Going from a nobody to an important, key person in this crisis, Tessa goes through the deadly roller coaster of life as she realizes her family history and the things she has to do. Life has changed drastically, and with tragedies along the way, she has to learn how to sort this huge problem out.
Sides of Two
The fallen ruler of Mars has escaped, and the three planets are in dead quiet. People are living in fear, as the Scarlet Queen has gone silent, nowhere to be found. The Praetor of the Galactic Guard prepares for an army and hunts for immunes. Tessa recovers to find that it has been ruled that she will only rule Mars under the regency of the High Court of Mars. Meanwhile, the rest of her friends are tasked with the important job of training the immunes and getting them through the Games, a competition that will decide the ranks of apprentices. The apprentices of Athena, Will, Mark, and Jess have their own important role, finding themselves at the end of one war, and the start of another.
